If you really want to know that bad, then to all the
files that are shell scripts add a line such as
echo this is .tshrc
to the top of each of the files.

Sadly, this only works if you already know in advance what all the
files involved are. I am still waiting for a definitive answer on that!

Also, there must already be a terminal or other window open for the
output to go to, which may or may not be the case...
(3)
There are definitely other files involved which are not shell scripts
e.g. environment.plist.
