This call only raises the window in the X system's stack, which is already
on top of that stack anyway (i.e. oroborus handles this fine). I am looking
for a way to raise a single X window above a window handled by the native OS
X Window Manager.
I will try to look at sawfish which Daniel German mentioned as a solution.
