Yes, but the window gets focus and doesn't come forward until I select the
X icon in the dock. Then all the X windows come forward with the one that
received the raise on top. I will look at hw/apple/quartx.c
I have the sawfish source and cannot see that it does anything different
from what you described, so I probably misread the oroborus code.
