Not that I know of. However, that doesn't mean there isn't one. :-)
Considering that X11.app is based on XFree86 4.2, there should be some
way to turn it on. I don't know how exposed it is to the end user,
though. Anyone at Apple listening?
You may have to drop back (forward?) to using XDarwin instead.
