I get kind of tired of the "I'm not paying $XX for some upgrade"
debate,
but that's probably because most universities (including my current
employer) get either free or heavily edu-discounted versions of the OS.
I would pay for the full release of X11.app, but don't feel like I
should pay for the OS upgrade too. Since it's been beta tested on OS X,
why can't they make it available on that OS too. That's a rhetorical
question, by the way.
