No. You need some other remote control software, such as:
Timbuktu - http://www.netopia.com/en-us/software/products/tb2/
(Timbuktu is a cross-platform commercial remote control product.)
VNC - http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/
http://www.versiontracker.com/mp/new_search.m?search=vnc
(With VNC, you would install a VNC server on Mac OS X and a VNC client
on your Windows machine.)
