So, I've got a question regarding some code problems that are kind of
off-topic. No, I'm not going to ask it here. But, I looked at apple's
lists page, and darned if I can decide which I should sign up for!
I was hoping maybe it wouldn't be _too off topic to ask people to make
a suggestion as to what list they would recommend (by experience, I
presume!) for my needs.
Keeping this short, the coding I do is mostly platform-independent
stuff. ie, I write the back end of stuff that must compile on a variety
of (mostly *nix) platforms. I'm looking for a dev list where I can get
and share information when things don't work the way it seems they
ought to on OS X. (see, this is on-topic because x11 is potentially one
of those platforms.)
Thanks! Email me privately and keep this off the list!
Markian
