As far as I know, I do this every day. However, you can't use a virtual
terminal thing
link in linux.. You have to display each application separately. To
have the other box take over your screen entirely, you'd have to run
Xdarwin, I think.
Other than that, if you just want to run apps from the linux box, ssh
to it (enable ssh forwarding; I'm sure it's described in the archives,
and if not it's all over the net on the mac sites) and start launching
x-apps.
