Because they are different characters! What disadvantages?
Why don't we limit people TO ALL CAPS IF WE ARE NOT GOING TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN
THE CHARACTERS?
While we are at it lets get rid of those 'silly' umlauts, heck they are just
regular letters with little dots above them.....
They can sort differently. They appear different.
Anyway, this is more appropriate for alt.religion, so this is the last I will
say on it here.
