Besides Java/C++ naming conventions, what are the advantages of
permitting multiple files with the same spelling yet with mixed case?
Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?
"Makefile" and "makefile." Other than that, capitals in filenames are
evil; use underscores instead. Vowels in filenames are usually better
left out. <grin>
