I just started a new xterm (From the menu: Application->Terminal) and
did "echo $DISPLAY"; I got ":0.0".

I check the checkbox for network clients, started Start
OpenOffice.org.app from both an xterm and from Finder but got the same
error. I think SOO.org.app adds the localhost on its own, but I'm far
from sure. In both cases I opens SOO.org.app, does a "tail -f
/tmp/Start<whatever>" and then doubleclicks an sxc file in Finder and
gets the posted error message twice, once for the start of the
application and once for the doubleclick on the file.
