I wanted to add one more thing.

That's because your /usr/X11R6/bin/Xquartz is probably now in /Previous
Systems/Previous System 1/usr/X11R6/bin/Xquartz. X11.app requires things to
be in specific locations. Move the previous installation back to its
original location and you should be good to go.
