Already dropped by Debian, Gentoo, OpenBSD, Mandrake, etc.
Even with the change I think you'll find that it's still a lot more
'free' (as in freedom) than Debian, Gentoo, or Mandrake.
Please don't support Xfree86 4.4 until they understand what they did by
changing the license.
Well, at least they didn't decide to change to the GPL. That would have
been much worse. ;-)
Actually I do agree it would be nice if they could stay GPL compatible
though. Despite having a very restrictive open source license, GNU/Linux
is a very nice *nix and largely responsible for the *nix renaissance.
