Hello Young,
XEmacs seems to do the right thing for me, Kill-ring-save (M-w) in
XEmacs, then M-Tab to switch to Terminal.app, where Command-V pastes
what I had marked in XEmacs.
Command-C in Terminal.app, switch to XEmacs, then yank (C-y) works as
expected.
OS X 10.4, X11 1.1, XEmacs 21.4 (patch 9) "Informed Management",
Terminal.app version 1.5 (133)
