I believe that quartz-wm comes with Apple's X11.app. See...
http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/x11/download/
... You probably want to install X11.app first, then XFree86, so that
you have the most recent X distribution and libraries, but you'll have
Apple's window manager, quartz-wm.
