Howdy,
I don't think that this will work if the local ssh is being paranoid
about not excepting connections that are not local. Is their any
reason you have to use rlogin? Could you use ssh in place of rlogin
on the internal network? If that is the case then your x connection
will be passed off from one connection to the next.

You need to set the DISPLAY variable to "sampsont:10.0" Check the
csh
manuals for how to do it in that shell... I can never remember csh.
