I think it's possible I don't have $DISPLAY set properly. I copied the command from the text below right into the Terminal window prompt. Then, I started X11 from the Dock. The icon bounced, X11 seems to start and then, poof, it shuts down almost immediately. Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong?
