I use DesktopManager; works very nicely, thank you.

Maybe Leopard will help with that, but even then, focus follows mouse is highly unlikely to be implemented by Apple.


It's there, you just have to switch it on:

 defaults write -app Terminal FocusFollowsMouse -string YES
