Full screen window without window-decorations in rootless mode?

I run XEmacs under X11.app in rootless mode, and I wonder if there is a way to tell the standard window manager to make XEmacs' window fully maximized, that is, toggle the titlebar and have XEmacs' window drawn above the Mac menubar so the window covers the whole screen.
