Here's the problem:
When I start X11 (v.1.1.3) on my mac (os x v.10.4.10) I get the default xterm color settings even though I have the following .Xresources file and xinitrc files (see below).
What am I doing wrong?
$ cat .Xresources
xterm*Background: Black
xterm*Foreground: Yellow
xterm*borderColor: LightBlue
xterm*borderWidth: 5
xterm*cursorColor: LightBlue
xterm*Curses: True
xterm*pointerShape: arrow
xterm*pointerColor: blue
xterm*scrollbar*thickness: 10
xterm*scrollbar*color: red
xterm*ScrollBar: True
xterm*scrollBar: on
xterm*rightScrollBar: true
xterm*SaveLines: 1500
xterm*VisualBell: True
xterm*Font: *courier-medium-r-*-120-*
