X11 and Expose

G'Day All,

Not sure if this has been reported. I have my X11 world set up for focus follows mouse without auto-raise i.e. the same way God himself uses X11 :-). If I create two xterms and overlap them, I can properly see the black cursor correctly changing with focus as I mouse between the two windows. I have Expose set to invoke when I squeeze my mighty mouse. If I invoke Expose and bring the obscured xterm to the front, then as I hover the mouse between the two windows the focusing still behaves as though I had not done the Expose event at all. This has tripped me up several times where after an Expose selection to bring a desired hidden window to the front I ended up typing a command into the wrong window.

Thanks,

Mick
