  I'll take a stab at building a static libGLw with the mock
Motif headers. However, assuming that the cyclic linker error
is fixed in the Xcode Developer Tools update (as has been
suggested would be the case from my radar report), I don't
see why we can't have a libGLw.dylib that would work properly.
