Can we get the file size restrictions loosened up. 12K isn't very

nudge.
This gets rid of all the automake warnings about leftover cruft in
hw/darwin/Makefile.am that we don't use anymore.
This adds a target to build launcher (it was getting built in the
install phase before).
This removes --enable-xdarwinapp from configure (since we're using --
enable-x11app)
This adds automatic detection for --enable/disable-x11app (defaults
to on if Xquartz is built).
This adds support to honor --enable-x11app to hw/darwin/Makefile.am
This changes the APPLE_APPLICATIONS_DIR to /Applications/Utilities
and our launcher honors this for its install destination
X11.app is installed in ${prefix} now instead of always using /usr/X11
Removed extraneous AM_CONDITIONAL([XQUARTZ]...) in configure.ac
Hm... Anyone object to removing XDarwin.app entirely, then?
