Can we get the file size restrictions loosened up. 12K isn't very
friendly for submitting patches. Ben, I know you said the list admin
won't return your emails, but consider this one more reason to nudge.
This gets rid of all the automake warnings about leftover cruft in hw/
darwin/Makefile.am that we don't use anymore.
This adds a target to build launcher (it was getting built in the
install phase before).
This removes --enable-xdarwinapp from configure (since we're using --
enable-x11app)
This adds automatic detection for --enable/disable-x11app (defaults to
on if Xquartz is built).
This adds support to honor --enable-x11app to hw/darwin/Makefile.am
This changes the APPLE_APPLICATIONS_DIR to /Applications/Utilities and
our launcher honors this for its install destination
X11.app is installed in ${prefix} now instead of always using /usr/X11
Removed extraneous AM_CONDITIONAL([XQUARTZ]...) in configure.ac
