iokit subdir

  • Subject: iokit subdir

I was looking through the source layout to clean up the Makefiles a bit more and noticed a couple things that are puzzling to me, so perhaps someone can answer them:

1) The iokit subdirectory. We currently build what's in there, but we don't link to it/use it in Xquartz. Do we even need this anymore? Should it just be used for XDarwin?

2) Xquartz includes apple/X11Application.m and apple/X11Controller.m which are both also in X11.app. What's the point of including these in Xquartz? I was under the impression that X11.app was like our xinit and Xquartz is the server... so why are these in both?
