When I put together the makefiles, there was no X11.app, Ben integrated
that later, and, as he stated, did not completely disable or remove XDarwin.

XDarwin probably does not work (if it does start it takes more than 5
minutes to do so on a fast machine). iokit definitely does not work. I'd
eliminate it.
