Well, more to the point for me... why does this happen? It certainly
shouldn't, and I've done everything I can to eliminate the message.

Sorry I missed this, but thanks for the pointer. This leads me to
a question though.

Is it possible to disable launchd support for launching X11? IE is it
possible to easily go back to the old model of double-click the icon. :)
Search on the archive gives me a lot of digging and/or empty searches,
though I am sure this has been asked already!
