I presume this means that it won't work using the trackpad on the
Macbook Pro. With scrolling and 2-finger tapping, I don't bother to
use any mouse with my laptops.
I hope the previous message from Apple that mentioned installing the
Tiger version works so I can stick with that until this implementation
is fixed.
Has anyone tried this? Does one just install the X-11 package from
the Tiger developers disk? I haven't installed Leopard yet since I
was waiting for brave folks to go ahead of me this time (I've been a
guinea pig many times in the past). Is X11 installation optional as
it was in previous versions of OS/X? If so, I presume one should
just say no on installation and use the X-11 installation from the
Tiger disk (if this is possible).
