It sounds like you probably have a .xinitrc in place that just doesn't
start xterm when you launch X11.app ... do you get a dock icon? What
happens when you select Applications->xterm?

Hi X11's gurus,
I have a similar problem with my X11.app:
My system is a iBook G4 12" with OSX 10.4.11.
When I start the X11.app from dock or from finder it seems like
never happens: no title bar, no app in exposé.
But if i don't do this I cannot run my X applications from iTerm,
the software I use as a Console.
So I think that X11 is working but for such a mysterious problem I
can't figure it out in my OSX window server.
Restarting the system doesn't help me.
Hope you could give me the right hint
Maurizio

Hello
After a X11 crash the X11 windows, e.g. xterm, does not show the
title bar and they don't also appear in the Window drop down menu
of X11. Only a computer restart fixes the problem.
I'm using 2.2.0 rc2. This didn't happen with 2.1.4.
Sincerely
