thanks for the reply. i too think that this feature is not at the top of their
list (recently i saw that on their ''road map'' the fullscreen mode is
scheduled on the december of year 2009 [wow]), and i am as well sure
that it is not possible to bypass the x11 wm for the zoom/2.
after writting my original post i tried the twm (good old times
are returning finally) and with some fun with xmodmap i managed
to move the windows with alt and mouse. the movement was
really poor (i mean the window just reapeared in the new
location) but it worked. just as Sebastian Perez sugested
in his reply (to use fvwm2).
