And this doesn't happen with 2.2.1? The only changes have been the security issues (completely unrelated) and the monitor hotplug fix. If it's definitely an issue that is not in 2.2.1, then that probably means the hotplug fix introduced the problem. Please test out 2.2.1 and confirm that it works for you and give me a precise set of instructions to reproduce the bug in 2.2.3

Thanks,
Jeremy

Ugg. Sorry about that... sigh. I'll put out a 2.2.3 release to fix that tomorrow =(

2.2.2 introduced a problem for me. I use xterms a lot and what is happening is I leave an xterm open and use spaces to lurch to another space where I use another tool - not important which one, but includes Firefox and Thunderbird. On lurching back to the xterm space, clicking in the xterm behaves as if I am also pressing the control key - I get the xterm menu. If several xterms are open they all behave the same - as if the control click action is active. Control C will clear it and the xterms behave normally again. It's happened at least once or more each day since installing 2.2.2.
