1- launch X11 from the dock: an xterm appears since I have
"app_to_run" = "/usr/X11/bin/xterm";
2- open a second xterm with cmd-N (set to "xterm" in the menu)
3- close the second xterm, and the first one disappears (with
eventual child windows, i.e. like emacs).
Hmm... I wonder if this has something to do with the fd addition
code... I don't use app_to_run, so that's why I hadn't noticed it. I
didn't realize that's what you meant by "first xterm" ... does it
happen if you run 'xterm' from within Terminal.app to start X11 and
treat that as the "first xterm"?
If I open the second xterm by typing the command in the first xterm,
and the close it, the first remains...
I use bash & have no .xinitrc in my $HOME
Thanks.
