Yeah. Xvfb should be provided by either the Apple-provided or MacOSForge-provided X11 packages, but I don't know what your xvfb-run script is. Chances are that is something that needs to be provided by you or the software you are trying to install.
A quick Google search turns up this script (looks like it was from Debian initially):

The script references this as its initial source:

but that no longer exists.
