Those don't exist by default. If you want them, create them. Note, however, that the use of ~/.xinitrc is deprecated in favor of ~/.xinitrc.d (a directory containing individual scripts that are appended to the system's). Also, you should use .Xresources rather than .Xdefaults. .Xdefaults has been deprecated for ages.

Look it /opt/X11/lib/X11/xinit
I found a directory at /usr/X11/lib/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/ which has the following three files :
10-fontdir.sh 98-user.sh 99-quartz-wm.sh
So are these the scripts that are appended to the systems ?

Ok, so that should be getting loaded.
Yes, it is

Works here... ?
I have attached a screenshot, to be clear of what I mean't above. Like I do not have close or minimize tabs on top nor title . As is in I cannot drag this window to change its size. Is it something to do with quartz window manager ?

What would you want to use .xinitrc for? Also, put your settings in .Xresources rather than .Xdefaults.
Fine, understood . You are right I do not need them. Sorry, I did not got the updated information on this by just googling web.
Following is my .Xresources file :
-------------------------------------------------
! defaults write org.x.X11 no_auth -bool true
!
.xterm.vt100.saveLines: 1000
! Scroll Bar settings
.xterm.vt100.scrollBar: True
.xterm.vt100.rightScrollBar: True
! Title Bar
.xterm.title: Xterm
! Colors
.xterm.vt100.background: black
.xterm.vt100.foreground: green
! Geometry
.xterm.vt100.geometry: 135x50+100+40
! Login Shell
.xterm.vt100.loginShell: True
! New stuff below
! Cursor
.xterm.vt100.alwaysHighlight: False
.xterm.vt100.cursorColor: white
! Mouse Pointer pointerMode - 2 (always hide, except when moved)
.xterm.vt100.pointerMode: 2
.xterm.vt100.pointerColor: white
------------------------------------------------
So, can you tell me what do I have to add to get the dragging feature (to resize) , title etc back on xterm terminal window.
Thanks for your reply and I appreciate your help.
