Here is what I get:
X Error of failed request: BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)
Major opcode of failed request: 53 (X_CreatePixmap)
Serial number of failed request: 2389
Current serial number in output stream: 2892
But I have 1536 MB of graphics card memory and 32GB of RAM. I use X11 for saving PDFs of about 100 MB (max) each.
Thanks!

I ssh -X to my linux server and generate some graphics to be saved as PDFs. When the size of the graphics grows large, I get segmentation fault error from X11. How to fix this?
Can you provide more information, preferably an application crash report?
An X11 (if it *is* X11 and not the application or etc.) segfault is a bug. It is not "out of memory", it is "memory has become corrupted".
