Hello.
In Macports X11 (Application menu) opening Terminal or xman does not work.
In XQuartz, it does work.
Macbook pro Early 2011 El Capitan 10.11.6
However, the normal MacOS Terminal can run directly X applications, such as
xclock, so that there is no need for an xterm.
This used to be impossible, which was the reason to install X11 or XQuartx in
the first place.
I am quite confused.
Does X11 add the X functionality to the normal MacOS Terminal so that xterm is
not needed ?
