SIGBUS at certain breakpoints in 7K109

If I put breakpoints in certain routines (or move back up the stack-trace to
the same routines) the debugger dies with the following:

The Debugger has exited due to signal 10 (SIGBUS).The Debugger has exited
due to signal 10 (SIGBUS).


Any ideas why this is happening?
