New Target - IB Palette

Hi,

I have an Xcode project which contains one target, a custom framework. I wish to add an additional target which will be an IB Palette (so my project is similar to the BusyPalette example).

When I select new target in Xcode, it does not give me the option to create an IB Palette as a target / product. How can I do this?
