Where to find expert view in XCode

When I added a few items in the expert view in ProjectBuilder and the
project is converted into XCode, where do I find out where are these
items?
The project is a printer Dialog Extension and I added a key
"CFPluginFactory" and its value. It seems that the I cannot change its
value from XCode. XCode always copies the old value when I did a
reindex, clean all.
I also added a info.plist into the Resource group of the project but
its values are not copied into the build product.
Any suggestion?
