Alex,

The Xcode Tools 1.1 disk image is a final release. Evidently the pre-release license agreement was left in by accident. We will likely update the release for this issue after the holiday break, but the only change will be that license agreement document

My only excuse is, that since I upgraded to 10.3.2, installing the Cisco VPN client and changing the PIX which is terminating my formerly working PPTP connection, I could not longer check my email in the office.
