Well, already you can change the menu key equivalent for each, and
there are enough times with some users that they want to change to one
or the other in midstream. Given this, adding another preference for
this is less flexible and doesn't gain you much of anything.

[demime 0.98b removed an attachment of type application/pkcs7-signature which had a name of smime.p7s]
