The UI is improved for the next version of Xcode, but for now, hit
return after clicking in the table. That should create a row you can
enter text into..
As to the ordering, in the 1.0 the ordering of the shell script build
phase is not honored. We hope to fix this for the next release.

[demime 0.98b removed an attachment of type application/pkcs7-signature which had a name of smime.p7s]
