If I understand correctly, the request is to have a one window for
Build, Debug, Find, Target settings as in PB. Which does not mean only
one window for sources/headers.
This is the mode used in PBs by default and a great mode. It's not
Lotus 123.

One window means completely finite real estate, that gets subdivided,
subdivided, until you are left with
280 x 192 pixel area..
Dockable windows, maybe-
But a single window is so... Lotus 123.
