This assumes you are using a native target:

Disclose the target and click on the Headers build phase, then in the
detail view look for a column that contains a popup set to 'project'.
You can select public or private there.

[demime 0.98b removed an attachment of type application/pkcs7-signature which had a name of smime.p7s]
