We've updated to 1.11.9 (with MacCVS Pro/CW, not Xcode), primarily for
mmap() support.

We've had a couple of source files where the cvs process will die if
they're retrieved with gzip compression on, but other than that there
haven't been any problems.

Since this is an old 10.1.x machine that's due to be replaced, and it
only happens on 4 files out of the 120K on the server, we haven't spent
much time looking into it.
