Can't Build WO Project - Looking For Non-Existent File

I tried to search the archives for this list but it looks like they don't exist yet.

I am trying to build a WO 5.2.2 project in Xcode. The project was created on my desktop and I have since moved the file down in my Documents folder.

When I try to build, I get a file not found error:
/Users/hunter/Desktop/VMGEngine/Session.java

I have tried removing and rebuilding the index as well as looking at the targets to make sure it is referencing the file properly. We are using relative referencing and the Session.java file is inside my VMGEngine folder...

So, any ideas? Xcode seems confused that my project has moved.
