PackageMaker from the command line

  • Subject: PackageMaker from the command line

Anyone using Package Maker from the command line? I can find no documentation on it except running it with the "-help" flag.

I'm having trouble with it reading the *.info files. It seems to ignore them and just generate a lame one from the Desciption.plist file. When run from the GUI it works, though.

I wish Apple had left /usr/bin/package where it was, I had that working. PM from the command line is obtuse. We would like to be able to generate packages and metapackages in one step from the command line with "make".
