Distributed Builds preference pane

All,

Got my mini-network happening with my two computers and here's what I'm seeing:

Machine 1: dual G5 (filesharing off, but name is Nefertiri)
Machine 2: dual G4 (filesharing off, but name is Poseidon)

Both are running 10.3.x with Xcode 1.0.x and Ethernet is configured correctly.

Now then, in the Distributed builds preference panel on the G4 machine, I checked the "Share my computer" checkbox (i.e. I want to use the G4 as the secondary). I've got just the opposite going on in the prefs pane on the G5 (i.e. I want to use the G5 as the primary).

However, in the list of computers shown on both the G4 and G5, I see:

Poseidon Darwin 7.0.0 3.3,etc...
Poseidon (2) Darwin 7.0.0 3.3,etc...

If I also share Nefertiri (the G5) for building, I then see two additional entries:

Nefertiri Darwin 7.0.0 3.3,etc...
Nefertiri (2) Darwin 7.0.0 3.3,etc...

I didn't have any luck finding detailed documentation on this preference pane and what the "(2)" means. Does this have something to do with my machines having 2 processors? And that the entry without the number denotes processor #1 and the entry with the (2) denotes processor #2?

If that's the case, then that would be very cool; means that one can choose to only share some of the processors on a machine.
