We've all seen that Xcode is unfinished (some SCM prefs buttons not persistent, leftover 'Help information for xxxx here' in settings, etc) and after trying with cvswrappers et al I too can't get .nib files to be recognised as changed.
Has anyone (including at Apple :o) managed to have this working successfully in Xcode, either with CVS or Perforce?
