Are you dealing with a native or classic target? For a native target,
select the target and 'Get Info' on it. Then click on the 'Properties'
tab. If you are dealing with a classic target, double-click the target
to bring up an editor and look at the 'Info.plist' section.
If you have created a new classic CFPlugin Bundle target in Xcode, you
may be running afoul of a bug with target creation (new classic targets
are not getting Info.plist settings). This particular bug has been
fixed for the next release.
